Biography

There are few details about how exactly James Dragov, a former NYPD SWAT officer and rogue SHD agent, managed to become the head of the Rikers faction. What intelligence exists, shows a devout man who embodies the virtues of strength and authority. A pragmatist and survivalist of few words, Dragov prefers to let his imposing presence and impressive fighting skills speak for him.
